So if store shelves start to get bare again, just be understanding, and hoarding will just make it worse
good luck. . .

Most likely tit for tat response to cyber attacks against Russia for the atrocities they are carrying out.

Given the date of the article, isn’t this rather old news?

article is written Monday, February 21, 2022, the information was publicly announced Tuesday this week by the company. My company's internet connections have been slow to impossible given the cyber attacks against US infrastructure, so I know that the internet attacks are real. I also know from my wife's hospital that having a cloud hosted vendor taken down can create a real hardship for organizations for several months, and not just 1 or 2.
So uncertain of your question if you are looking for real time news, TOTV is not the place to be reading. . .
If you have real time news which may impact the TV community in real time, please post it for us. . .

Fear mongering, just like the toilet paper scare.
The TP scare was rather worrying for sure.
Thinking that in the next 6 months or so the world will change in ways we will never expect.

Fear mongering, just like the toilet paper scare.
Thinking that hyperbole gets attention works both ways. Not sure how you link the two when I didn't recommend hoarding, but patience and anti hoarding but everyone has the right to their own interpretation. I do think that we are in unprecedented times, and the world is currently dealing with an irrational leader, against whom the world is coming together and instituting banking restrictions, which will cause currently unknown problems for all of us.
And yes, I do realize that retirement in TV is designed to live in a bubble, and then complain about the world from which one earned a paycheck, as it retirement is now an entitlement to the world never changing again. But events like this just might alter affordability in TV, and just being aware of potential major impacts will allow for better financial planning.
good luck
