I would like to give a shout out to Tire Choice in Colony Plaza. A couple weeks ago we took our cart there because we had a slow leak in a tire. They plugged it promptly and there was no charge. Our cart was due for it’s yearly maintenance and we took it there again. Charge was $61.19 (includes tax) and it was done on about 20 minutes. We were pleased with their service.

You’re obviously new to TOTV, Tire Choice in Colony has not received high marks since it opened. It’s difficult for any business with a bad rep to redeem itself. Thanks for posting your good experience with them.

They took care of a nail in my tire last year as soon as I called. Great service.

I think there may be a difference in which Tire Choice location you choose. The one on 466 seems to get most of the bad reviews. We have had good luck with the 466a location when it comes to tire issues for both car and golf cart. Of course YMMV!

I regularly read these posts and try to keep a file of who to see for what. Posters, people are quick to in anger post a bad experience. For most, we do not bother to relay good experiences.

Confession, a good experience, I tend to wonder if it is his relative or perhaps even the owner unless there are several confirming a good experience. It is far easier to get a bad reputation than to get and keep a good one.

A flat on a golf cart? First of all it is high air volume low speed tire. Most of us, including me do not carry a jack, a spare, or even a wrench to remove to the tire. A total flat and as they are tubeless tires the seal on the rim will break and a hand pump is useless.

Flats in the villages, due to construction etc, I've had more flats on my car, my bike and now my golf cart than I have in the rest of my life. I have a spare and tools i my car.
My bike, I have tools, patches and a spare tube. Golf cart, it was a slow leak, I marked where the nail was but didn't pull it out. I pumped it up with my bicycle pump,, stopped once to replace the lost air on the way to service.
