I will wait a few more days with this thread but do not like the way the series went. Waiting in case many people have not seen the latest episode just yet.

I'm a Julian fan but I saw little of this show. Somehow I got the impression he wasn't into doing that show

Sounds like he wants to pursue other projects.

I didn't like him. Glad he is gone. I understand he is being replaced by Dylan McDermott. He will probably be better. I wish these cops and FBI people would just solve crimes and stop being so "sensitive". And, when you find the criminal, don't yell out "Stop! FBI!" from 50 yards away, so the guy can run away.

Think of the silly suspenseful chase scenes you would miss.

Don't get me started. What about when they find the criminal and he is holding a gun or knife to the victim's head? The FBI, with 5 guns pointed at the guy, try to sweet talk him into dropping the weapon. Why not just shoot the guy?

Yes! I keep telling my husband the same thing! Why not casually get as close as you can without looking at the “perp” , and then yell at them to stop? I guess these shows need a chase scene.

You want to hurt the bad guys feelings? Chicago PD likes to yell police from far away so they can get some exercise chasing after him.
Rather silly

We saw it last night. Knew he wanted to leave but shocking how he went out.
Did like his character.

That was my response, too. And I enjoyed all his scenes with his various family members.

Wonder why he wanted to leave. Strange how many actors and actresses we have never seen get a good role in a well regarded series and than want to take off for parts unknown.

He has done a lot of things. He is the son of one of the Australian Prime Ministers. That gave him a lot of options, I assume. Prime Minister of Australia - Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prime_Minister_of_Australia)
