Hi Everyone,

My wife unfortunately dropped her phone in this morning's weather and the screen has spiderwebbed. Where is the most cost effective place to have her screen replaced?

Cheers,

Dylan

UBreak it We Fix It was excellent and cheap. But the cheap part was because the phone was covered under a Verizon policy. Without that it would have been a lot more pain in the wallet.

What does Apple charge? (I assume you don't have AppleCare)

Personally I would take it to Apple - I think it is $90, but it may be more for the screen. But, Apple won't fix it, they will give you a new or refurb replacement. I have done that on occasion when someone in my house dropped their phone - good thing I would never do that - ahem...

My iPhone 7plus screen replacement at Ubreakifix last year was $100. Just call and get price.

Another vote for UBreakIFix. I had two iPhone screens replaced, and was extremely happy with the jobs they did. To the poster who suggested taking it to an Apple Store, check out this link that shows prices for repairing screens out of warranty, by iPhone model. Plus factor in driving to Orlando to get the work done.
