Since I have documentation from an Arborist that my Oak tree is causing damage, do I still need to contact the ARC?

I would try to get approval but if it gets denied then what do you do?

Make sure your arborist is certified and recognized in the state of Florida.

Even your arborist should know the answer to this question.
If he is legit!
Why not just call ARC for your answer…..then you will know for sure.

Very true if an arborist works in the villages and if he does not know the answer something is very wrong

But, if I was removing oak tree I’d still call, luckily I don’t have any oak trees.
