Does anyone know how to contact the people that own this site? I was charged for an ad that I didn't post and I want a refund. I tried emailing through their site but they haven't responded. Is there a phone number or does anyone know the location of their offices?

I have never got any response to any question either "technical" or otherwise over the years but I have tried. :) If you get no response in a reasonable amount of time just dispute your charge. You did the right thing by attempting to contact them so the onus is on them.
