Looking for August Rental

Daughter and family would like to spend the whole month of August in The Villages. Renters would include daughter, SIL, kids aged 13 and 11 and Zeke, their dog. If we are looking for a unicorn of a house, it would have a pool and 4 bedrooms. They have checked with villages rentals but nothing. What other management companies are reliable? Thanks.

There should be a lot of rental available in AUG.
4BR rental will be tough. Also, pet might be a tough one. Any chance you can keep dog at your house? A 3BR without dog will be EASY to get.
