I've been trying to find a map, and location of the new villages in The Villages, south of the turnpike. Mainly the new villages south of Warm Springs (east and south) and/or along Meggison. Villages like McClure, Linden, St Cathrine etc. Does anyone have a link to such a map?
Thanks!

Use the free villages app, green background big white V, this has both cart and car directions for all locations in the villages. I have found it to be very useful.

Home finder is what I use. It has a search box if I am trying to find a specific street

Village app is great. However paper maps can be found at the sales centers in Spanish Springs and The Landing for sure and probably Brownwood Sales Center also. One map for South of 466 and another one for north of 466. I think they are still $5 each

Folding paper maps are available at the Villages gift shop stores near each of the squares.

Spend 8 bucks and get VillagesGPS as the free app doesn’t have the info the paid one has.

Agree. I've never seen such a good map outlining all the individual villages.

Kansasr's VillagesColored.pdf map can be obtained from some of the better Villages salespeople. They all have access to them, but only some give them out, and only if you whine and beg enough.

The area that is marked Undeveloped and has grid squares in it- is that land already owned by the developer?
Very helpful map!

Yes, they have enough undeveloped land to double the size of The Villages.

And I am sure they own more land that they have not even told us about yet.

I just installed the app but I can’t find the maps. Where do I go from the main menu? Thanks in advance.
I figured it out.

Not likely. There really aren't any large parcels of land available that are adjacent to The Villages. I don't see them buying up scores of individual properties for additional land sources. They have plenty to keep them busy for years. Unless they try and buy Beville Ranch which does connect to their current property (but would have to cross I75, US 301 and SR471) or Ventura Ranch in NW Sumter which is adjacent to about 2,000 acres they acquired in Lake Panasoffkee that straddles FL44, there's not much left around here.
