If you have an adblocker or an HTML auto-play disabler, you might need to disable either or both. Or you could get FBP (Fluff-buster Purity), which is a Facebook add-on, that allows you to watch videos with or without ads.

It also depends on what kinds of videos you're watching. If it's sponsored, your browser settings might be preventing you from seeing them, as they would identify them as adware.
