Walmart has a pretty good variety of succulents as does Lowe's as previously mentioned.
However, if you can find what you want at Walmart, they will be less expensive.

Succulents is a very broad topic. Are you looking for one to put into your outside garden or as an indoor house plant?

Florida Cactus Inc. in Apopka has a great selection of cacti and succulents. They do retail as well as wholesale sales. Worth the trip!

I second Florida Cactus. Takes about an hour to get there going the back roads, which is a relaxing drive. They have a nice variety to choose from.
