Living on the north end of TV we take the route to the Sanford Airport through Eustis then Hw 46 toward the Airport. Does anyone know if the road construction on that route is completed? It has been awhile since we traveled to the airport that way but the last time it was a traffic mess.

Drove it Friday...construction complete for the most part but traffic was slow. I returned via Turnpike which was faster (live south off 44 though). Best bet is to check both routes on Waze just prior to leaving.

Just did the drive Friday....it is not completed. I enjoy the ride because I enjoy watching the progress and the slower drive. If speed is important then take the turnpike.

Not complete, but not slow for westbound.
Friday we drove to Sanford to eat at Hollerbach's (fun German restaurant). We are south of 44 and Google said the turnpike was fastest at 1 hour 43 minutes. After dinner Google said the Eustis route was only 1 hour 13 minutes. Weird.
It might have had to do with traffic conditions.
