Is this fee schedule new ?

https://www.golfthevillages.com/executive-golf/images/trailfeeapp.pdf

Looks like a couple new adds:

Monthly household fee

Priority Holder trail fee

We just went through a controversial PWAC/ACC decision and vote that declared the developer could not give away executive trail fees as part of the priority system I.E. the fee belonged to the amenity councils (us) and not the developer. Given that decision what sense does it make the priority members are offered a discount rate to executive trail fees. What is the difference between giving away a trail fee or giving away a discount ?

Duh I think I just figured it out. The reduced rate for priority members is per member not household. Thus my conclusion would be if two in a household were priority members they would get a regular household pass rather than purchasing two discount priority passes. However this does give a one person household an advantage.

The wording on this chart is confusing. Is this the way you see it ?

It’s not clear, but it appears if one household member has priority then there is a discounted 6 or 12 month trail fee available to the household? There is no discount for the one month household trail fee. I’m OK with the discount as long as the discounted amount is kicked back to the actual owners of the Executives. If not, that’s B.S.

The pricing for trail fees was finalized on 4/11/22 by PWAC and SLCDD that eliminated the executive golf trail fee discount. This goes into effect on 1 May 2022. The price sheet that was attached is from 2020 (see copyright notice at bottom of page) and is still applicable for another 9 days.

Thanks now it makes sense. Looks like under the old rules if one household member was a priority holder that holder got a free trail pass not the household. To cover the entire household of this card carrying member would require a purchase of an executive trail pass at the discounted rate. As of May 1 2022 coincidental to the new online payment method and elimination of priority pool privileges will be the elimination of free and / or discounted executive trail pass.

I can’t believe they are taking away pool privileges when getting priority membership. Are they going to lower the priority fee since it also included executive trail fees? Can you believe what they are doing to the people that keep the villages running. Why didn’t they send out the rates with their letter. Maybe another surprise.

So here's the question: If someone renewed their priority golf membership, say last month which theoretically included the exec trail fee and CC pools, do they have to fill out a new exec trail application before May 1 and pay, or are they OK until their 1 year anniversary date?

If you pay or paid your Priority before May1 you are under the old system for the length of your priority.

Thanks for the clarification.
