Speedy Link Upgrade

Has anyone purchased a Speedy Link for their Club Car from Digital Overdrive Systems? They advertise here on TOTV. Does the product install and perform as advertised. Do you have a phone number for them? I am unable to place an order online.

I believe if your Club Car already runs 19.5 the link does no good. It will speed up a cart with program 3 (14mph)
