I think Havana has a prime rib special on Thursdays.

Epanema Brazilian Restaurant on 441 in Ocala. A bit pricey, but probably not that different from white tablecloth restaurants in or around The Villages.
Extensive salad bar and several kinds of grilled meat--prime rib. filet, pork, others. All-you-can-eat, served right to your table and cut off a skewer carried directly from their huge grill directly to your plate. Quite an experience!

Turners Kitchen + Bar in Leesburg has prime rib on Saturdays. Delicious and an excellent venue for a quiet dinner out.

Love this place. It's a Brazilian Rodizio.

Surprisingly, I have found Texas Roadhouse has the very best in the area. Just get there early as they tend to run out almost daily!!!!!

i ask that often and every day LOL. it's my absolute go to favorite, so aside from the one I make... imagine why?
I have gone to each restaurant that offers prime rib on any day, here's the run down. I should mention I'm spoiled on prime rib, 99% travel so I've had many all over the states. Best is Wisconsin
Around here, the pickins are slim. First point already raise, because planning isn't the forte' of these restuarants - get there early else you ain't gettin any! They only make 1 or 2 of them vs several and knowing how to use the remainders
Out of the lot - the alleged "steakhouses" outside the bubble
Outback & Longhorn have removed it from the menu since the pandemic
Texas Roadhouse - IF you can get it, isn't bad but it's not stellar it will pass just like Miller's Ale House.
Havana - typically over roasted, and small also low grade cut.
Impanema (since it was mentioned) - This is a Brazilian steak house like Fogo, Rodizio, etc. It is quite good, and the prime rib is done completely different - I could eat the entire thing it's that good, but if you are looking for that red center - it won't have it due to the cooking technique. But you'll love it!
Prima - Surprisingly, their italian is blah, but their steaks are pretty decent. Prime Rib is the best in the squares.
Cityfire - you can do better at ale house.
Augustine's 1812 - never ever ever ever ever. if you have zero taste buds eat here Denny's is far better
The country clubs - I lumped them all together because I have noticed a trend in them - just enough to be ok. To be real - they cater to golfers and that's a quick in and out. The bar menus are horrible and lack any creativity or balance and the food is right behind it. Some are salt pools of taste and others are cardboard Just not happy with any of them
Harvest is the newest entry and they do it on Friday, it's on my list. IF they do as well as they have with their churrasco steak then it should be ok when they have it.
Fenny Grill - small slice, yet it commits a cardinal sin of Prime Rib - slice it then grill it! the shame of it all.... sad
We have lived here and on the coast, finding good prime rib in this state is a challenge. That's why I make my own plus I can also control the temp on it.
Orlando and Tampa are in the same spot. eh.
That is what I have to offer. Hope it helps some.

Absolutely! In 2 different states, Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place for prime rib and steaks. Never a bad meal at Tx Rdhs

We had the best prime rib in Chicago at Lawry's....it's been hard to find something just as good anywhere else. Though we did fix one at home that was excellent. Tried a special here---it was really bad. Won't name the restaurant though. So we're nervous to try any other's that offer it as a special.

Lawry's is the prime rib I judge all the others by. Unfortunately, when visiting Chicago last fall and having it on my dining list I found out it was permanently closed. Pandemic did it in. Not the only restaurant casualty on my trip.

I love prime rib and would order it every chance I got, sometime with great pleasure and other times with disappointment. Then I stumbled on a recipe on the internet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUQ49SoteE0 If you buy prime beef not USDA and you have a timer you will be eating the best prime rib you ever had. It's so easy you won't believe it.

The 500 degree/5 minutes per pound/2 hours resting in oven works for all roasts!

I'm the OP. We decided to try Havana for the PrimeRib. Got a reserv for 6pm last night, easily the day before. We were taken right at 6. Yes they had the PR Special. 32.99 for a 14 ounce with two sides. Two from our party got that. medium. It was a great dinner. The PR was excellent. About One inch thick, very little fat, no gristle, done perfectly. They made a mistake and gave me two baked potatoes and no veggie. When brought to their attention, they quickly brought me a small bowl of nice veggies. The PR was very flavorful. The service at Havana could not have been better. So attentive and plenty of staff there. Our waiter Dillon and Mgr John were great. Btw we could only eat About 1/2 of the dinner so nice leftovers of a great dinner. There was absolutely ZERO issues there and I let them know about our gratitude. 100% recommend and hope that you will have same experience. YUM!!!! BTW thx for all the recommendations and tips....
