Drove over from Marsh Bend to see them last week. Marsh Bend Trail is open all the way to 301which will be the quickest way to get to Brownwood by car. Still can't figure out why they didn't make the Water Lily bridge a cart/car bridge like they are in Sawgrass.
Not a lot of tree cover.....Think of it as St. Johns on the west side for the turnpike. You will be hearing the traffic for sure. (If that bothers you)

I heard the water lots in Deluna are $300,000. Any truth to that?

Water lots on Pezzullo Circle ranged from around $139k-149k. I think golf course views are more like in the $300k range. It's not that tough to get a rough idea. Look at golf course homes for sale now. They generally are $850-900k price. Those homes are roughly $450-600k ignoring lot prices.

When completed, DeLuna will have the most homes of any village, 1789 currently plotted, beating out County Club with 1777

Yes, the traffic noise is very loud. 301 is going to be widened to 4 lanes and the speed limit is 55mph so that’s a problem as well. We looked over there and decided against it.
I don’t understand why they didn’t just add golf cart lanes to the Warm Springs bridge.
