I would hire a licensed plumber like Mike Scott Plumbing.
But, why do you want to replace it? If it doesn't leak, you can add one of these brass shutoff valves from Lowes, and leave the old valve open. Some people don't like the water splash they get with the vacuum breaker, but an add-on valve will eliminate the splash.
