Districts 1-4 will be holding a public hearing to discuss amending and restating the rule to bring about deed compliance; specifically pertaining to providing for reimbursement of attorneys’ fees incurred by the District in enforcing its rules and the deed restrictions, and for the recording of the Order of Enforcement in the Public Records of Sumter

Why don't we wait until some one complains. and if goes to court, add on the attorneys fees. I personally like many of the yards that would not be in compliance, I think they look nice and would leave well enough alone.
