Elegant New Years Eve

We have some new friends who asked us about New Year's Eve in The Villages. They are looking for something elegant as in days gone by: orchestra music, fine dining, champagne at midnight.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Have you checked the Lakeside Inn in Mount Dora or The Mission Inn Resort and Club near Orlando? Either one would be less than an hour away from TV.

I don't know of anything in TV. I hope someone else can help.
