Car Accident witness

Monday May 16 car accident on Morse and 441 at 6:20 am. I had the green to turn left onto 441 from Morse and was hit by car tracing south on 441. Kind woman came to my aid. She asked if I was ok and told me that I had the green light. Unfortunately she left when police came in the scene without making a statement. Spent 5 days at Shands trauma. Really need her to contact me.
