I'm looking for recommendation for a fun air boat ride that my grandchildren would enjoy.

We have gone on Wild Bills several times with guest and like their trips. We were just out last week, most of the gators were hiding as it was too hot, we did get to see 2 or 3 small ones, a few turtles, and several birds. If you want to see gators, call wherever you plan to go and ask if they are active on the first trips in the morning then make reservations for that time.

I'm looking for recommendation for a fun air boat ride that my grandchildren would enjoy. We've been to all three (Tom and Jerry's, Wild Bills and Swamp Fever) --- all three are good experiences on an airboat. Thought Swamp Fever was a bit more variety - all about the same price. Have fun !

We've always had a great time with Wild Bill's airboat rides. We always see a couple of gators and lots of wild life.

Great advice about early morning trips for this time of year. We enjoy that outfit also.

Swamp Fever is great but I haven’t tried the others. I’m sure they would be fun too.

I have been to all three and all are good. However, Swsmp fever is my favorite go to. The 7 yo held gator and 5 yo petted it.

Took my grandsons to Swamp Fever - had the best time and they got to hold a pretty good sized alligator. Very nice people

We've been to Swamp Fever twice - Tom/Jerrys once.
I prefer swamp fever (when captain Steve is at the helm - he's the best guide for fun and gags) because they go fast for a portion of the trip.
There was no go fast portion with tom/jerry - maybe they normally do and it just wasn't done when we were there. But that's my actual experience.
Our last trip to Swamp was this past May. Like almost everyone else... I wanted to try all three in our area so I called Wild Bills to book (they advertise a very exciting go fast experience). When I called in early May 2022 the price was $70 per person. The others are half that cost.
If you're good with $70 (I'm not) it will probably be a very exciting ride.

A couple years ago we had 6 of us and rented a private boat (with driver of course) at Wild Bills. Their private boat was about 1/2 the price of the others for the same thing (at that time) and you get a full 1 hr trip. Only bad part was my wife's sunglasses and hat got blown off her head and one of the 'gators is probably wearing it. :D

My vote is for Ozello Boats, in Crystal River. You don't just want to ride around in a swamp, you want to see the Nature coast and St. Martins reef.
