Impossible for anyone to say. It's one of those products that you cannot determine if it works or not. My guess is that it doesn't work.

Does it work for what?

It's $90 for a 1-month supply (you take 3 daily, and there's 90 per bottle). According to their FAQ, they do not provide a nutritional breakdown. So they won't even make a claim as to which nutrients you're getting, in what amounts. It could be 0 vitamin D. Or it could be 20,000 IU, which you're instructed to take 3 times daily and can actually make you very sick.

It's not just a snake-oil, it's a scam and potentially dangerous, even if you can afford to waste $90/month.

If you want the nutritional value of fruits and veggies, then eat fruits and veggies. It's cheaper, and tastes better.

Don't you need to take 6 capsules per day, 3 fruits and 3 vegetables?

I guess the correct response is “ ask your doctor “ . I personally think it is a great marketing campaign and they are making tons of money off suckers. Kinda like Prevagen. As Colonel Potter said “ HORSE PUCKEY”

Their reviews are HORRENDOUS (not so much for the product but for their business practices). Still trying to figure how they stuff all those fruits and veggies into those tiny capsules! There was actually an "Info(less)mercial" on some channel at 3AM showing how they do it. If you believe that I have about a 5 years supply of Doctor Oz's Coffee Bean Extract tablets around. Actually they were tossed out years ago. :( I REALLY got sucked into that scam a number of years ago. Don't ask.

I always prefer eating healthily versus taking pills. Much more of a 'sure thing'.

, My nutrition prof in nursing school had us learn how to eat and prepare healthy foods. She said if you are eating right you don’t need to take these

I bought it for one month for the $35 discount.. I guess it's sort of a placebo but it really didn't seem to help much. Then I went on to puritan pride site for vitamins and got the same ingredients bottles for $15
Fox News must have shares in the company. Constantly advertising

You can Google a review of Balance of Nature. They offer test results as proof of the product's efficacy. The reviewer noted that the test results were on plain paper without a laboratory letterhead and looked like they were done on Word. If my memory is right, the "test results" were unsigned. Buyer beware!

I priced them online & they give you a sample to try for a month but they want your credit card # just in case you want to buy some more for $60. for ninety tablets that you take 3 times a day so for $60. you get a 30 day supply but don’t for get to give them you credit card #. Not saying they don’t do what they say but me myself I think if your serious about feeling better, change your eating habits & exercise!

Politics. Yawn. They pay all the different networks to run their marketing ads. Just like any company that chooses to.

My guess is this is a very cheap low quality alternative to companies like Isagenix that offer the same thing that are clean with guaranteed nutrients.

For $ 349.99 you can get the job stuffing the fruits and veggies into those little capsules. Than you sell it to your former friends

It is $60 (after the first month "special") for the fruit and vegetable tablets. It is $90 if you also want to buy their fiber supplement. You would need the fiber if you do not eat enough actual fruit and vegetables.

It is difficult to get five servings a day of fruit and vegetables for me, and I find them expensive. So I did try these. I did feel somewhat better after a couple of months but I was not sure if it was placebo or just coincidence or the tablets.

I finally decided I could not handle the price and would just try to do better with my eating, though I know I will never eat enough plant based nutrition.

They state the reason they cannot state exactly what is in it is that it is a proprietary formula. (This is what they state, make of it what you will.)

It is all fruits, in the fruit tabs, and all vegetables in the vegetable tabs, but you do not know what percent of each fruit or vegetable.

According to their TV commercials, you are supposed to get 10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

For long term buyers of this stuff would be willing to sell one of my lesser used bridges for a reduced price

To me, the claim that you can take a pill and your digestive system will process it the same way it processes real food is absurd.

I asked my cardiologist once about nutrition supplements and he said " Americans have the most expensive urine in the world". He further said that, in his opinion, fish oil was the only supplement that he felt MIGHT have any merit. So, eat more oily fish.

Yes, I actually have 2, but I'll bet you lunch that if you open one entire bottle of those capsules the powder in them won't expend into 3 lbs of cauliflower, 2 lbs of brocolli and 5 lbs of tomatoes! !!!! :1rotfl:

Well not a Casper (I’m way too cheap for that) but we bought one off Wayfair about four years ago crammed in the box and it was amazing the way it “came to life”. Still sleeping on that bad boy. I would hate to have to put it back in the box.

Beer has been studied by the AHU and has been proven to improve your health 10x better than fruits and vegetables. It also improves your eyesight (after 4 brews) . I am a grad of AHU. Animal House University :bigbow:

It is all fruits, in the fruit tabs, and all vegetables in the vegetable tabs, but you do not know what percent of each fruit or vegetable.

It doesn't matter how much of each fruit and vegetable is in the pill. What matters is the NUTRITIONAL VALUE. The percentage of vitamin C, not the percentage of desiccated mango powder. The percentage of vitamin A, not the percentage of freeze-dried potatoes.

Unless you send them to a lab yourself for testing, you have NO WAY to know if you are receiving the nutrition your body needs. You have NO WAY of knowing if you are receiving too much, too little, none at all, or just the right amount. You have NO WAY to know that you're feeling better because of these supplements, or because you are making other dietary or lifestyle changes that produce positive results. You have NO WAY of knowing that you're feeling like you're coming down with something because of the supplements poisoning you with toxic amounts of something, or if you're just coming down with something.

Never ever EVER take supplements that don't come with the nutritional label. I mean unless you don't care about your health, just want to impress people with how insanely gullible you are, and have the money to throw away.

If you eat fruit and veg every day, eat a balnced diet, you need no supplements.
Especially when you have no idea what is in the pills or potions.
Chuck fresh fruit, veg in a blender and drink it.
Food supplement are a con, unless you are diagnosed by a doctor, and have a confirmed specific deficiency.

I have a laugh every time that lady advertising this stuff says "Now I'm able to work in my garden", and they show her tending her vegetables. Lady, why don't you try eating the real stuff in your garden instead of taking some pills? Then she says, "Just like nature intended". Huh? Say again? Just like that so-called pain relief "medicine" and the "My Pillow Guy", this is another Fox News supported money maker, endorsed by "celebrities". Suggest you stay away; far, far away.

Do you think Fox is the only outlet that will take money from whoever offers it? Wake up they all do it.

Never did understand why anyone would care anything about a celebrity endorsing a product.
