The District Customer Service Center and all District Administrative Offices will be closed on July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Normal business hours will resume on July 5. - The various papers are good about printing notices of closings - there have been no notices about Juneteenth
- Juneteenth falls on a Sunday when offices are normally closed
- Juneteenth is not a State Holiday in Florida (https://www.dms.myflorida.com/workforce_operations/human_resource_management/for_state_personnel_system_hr_practitioners/state_holidays)
- You can always choose to observe Juneteenth on Monday by not visiting a District Office
