Moving In Soon

Hello hello.

Not new to the area but new to the forums. I have a house here that I bought almost a year ago (lowkey surprised how well the market has been doing right after I bought in). I stayed in the area for about four months to renovate and to turn it into a rental. My parents and grandparents came down to visit me during the renovation and absolutely fell in love with the area. So because of me, all of us are moving from California to here next month. 😂

But yeah I’m Derrick and I’m probably one of the youngest in here at 21, but wanted to say hello.
