Construction Update #114 – What’s Coming to Lake Deaton Plaza – 6/27/22

Here’s the latest construction update, the big news is the new merchant coming to Lake Deaton Plaza. In this video I look at several of the commercial areas under construction as well as the Villages of Richmond, DeLuna, and Newell. I also look at the Southern Oaks bridge and the areas of Eastport and Middleton.

UPDATE - Warm Springs & US301 building will have Dunkin Doughnuts with a drive through. This is confirmed by the plans I've been provided with by Keith P. for the building.

A building permit has been pulled for a space in the building on the north side of Warm Springs Ave. near US 301. The space with the drive-through window will be a Dunkin' Donuts.
