Which executive course in TV do yo find to be most challenging - relative to making par or potential for lost balls ... take your pick.
Potential for lost balls - PELICAN
Making par - Yankee Clipper

agree with ALN's top two and will add Belmont in the mix. Lots of thick rough grass ... easy to lose balls and hard to hit it out of there.
TV rates Truman and Roosevelt as level 4, but, I don't find them as difficult as Pelican, Belmont, or Yankee.

A lot depends on which tees you are playing, but the two mentioned are at the top of my list, too. But the course I will avoid is Belmont. For some reason I play worse on that course than any other, including Pelican and Yankee Clipper. :(

Pelican without a doubt! It is one of the most beautiful, but also the hardest!

Another vote for Pelican. Very challenging executive course. Play from the back tees and par becomes very difficult.

Par on Pelican? That is a fantasy! I am just happy to finish with still having my sanity.....

Pelican. Love it. First time I played it I was even going into the last hole and doubled it, 203 yds(from Back tees). I have not come close ever since but still love to see what holes are going to kick my butt the next round. Watch out for gator on water, left side of second par 4! Great place to bring buddies who have never been here and want to play some skins.....

I tend to lose the balls to the left so Pelican is tough for me. One day I lost balls on 1, 2 and 3. I think Bogart is hard as well.

Hey, you and I shot par one day. But we needed a SCRAMBLE to do it!
Haven't played Yankee Clipper yet. Maybe when I get down in Jan.

Executive Courses are all rated according to degree of difficulty (see golfthevillages.com site) on a scale of 1 to 4. Those rated the most difficult (4) are;
Amberwood
Belmont
Pelican
Roosevelt
Truman
I'd add Yankee Clipper to that list, if it were up to me.
They are all fun to play though,

I find it hard to pick one. A course that plays easy today is a real bitch tomorrow. It all depends on what player shows up on a given day. That is why I like/hate hem all!! :pepper2::cus::shrug:
