We have seen several Patio Villas get new roofs lately. For those that bit the bullet and paid out of pocket, what are the going rates for a new roof on your Patio Villa? If you could include the company that installed your roof that would be super, thanks!

McGinnis installed a roof on a friend's villa, but it has been a few years ago. The cost was $5,000, with no payment in advance. It was completed in about 2 days. Excellent job.
