With that broad head and teeth not showing both up and down? No, it's just a mature alligator. And a handsome one at that. You'd have to go down into the Everglades (and the southwest corner of it at that) to find a wild population of American Crocodiles. I've seen one at the northwest corner of the Everglades but the rangers there think she was captured at the southeast end, kept for a few years and released where she's at now when she outgrew the ability of the captor to keep her any longer.

I'm not disappointed and if you're Ronnie Clark, I'm not disputing if it's your photo.

I think it is disingenuous to post a 3 year old photo, presented like it was taken recently and then to describe the location differently, depending upon your audience.
