I think the person you are referring to is Don Wiley. He was appointed by Governor DeSantis as interim supervisor. Don is an incredibly experienced, thoughtful, detail oriented while still being able to see the bigger picture, fiscally conservative and sooo smart. And what a wonderful human being, so nice and sooo giving. He is leaving impossibly large shoes to fill.
