Darn it. I have other plans and won’t be able to attend.
Yeah 8/22 at 1pm, I may be playing golf. Unless it rains or not. Y’know climate change.

Don't anticipate much of a turnout. Folks here don't much believe in science. It's called "alternative facts".

I just don't want to see the earth hit by a large meteor like the one that wiped out the dinosaurs. Now that is almost instant climate change! Also I do not want to live to experience the next ice age.
"At the moment the Earth is in an interglacial period - a short warmer period between glacial (or ice age) periods.
The Earth has been alternating between long ice ages and shorter interglacial periods for around 2.6 million years.
For the last million years or so these have been happening roughly every 100,000 years - around 90,000 years of ice age followed by a roughly 10,000 year interglacial warm period."
From: What causes an ice age and what would happen if the Earth endured another one? - ABC News (https://www.abc.net.au/news/science/2016-06-15/what-is-an-ice-age-explainer/7185002)

Bingo -- that is THE climate crisis which Al Gore should talk about. It is a key part of Monday's talk. Do not sell your snow shovel.

Take a wild guess as to who is gaining from all the Green activity. The ones who have a vested interest in the financial rewards FOR THEMSELVES and friends while WE the taxpayers must support most of these programs.
Yep, the very same proponents of these SPENDING programs which are killing the USA while benefiting China and their allies.
And they are doing this while flying around in their private jets, driving luxury gasoline cars, living in many multi-room mansions.
Do as I say not as I do.

Agree. And no guessing is needed -- just read the United Nation's document describing a sustainable earth for the 21st Century (called Agenda 21 and it's only 351 pages) ... https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/content/documents/Agenda21.pdf Or, you can get a 5-minute video summary here ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkM0W1401dg

The Environmental and Energy Study Institute found that the US government alone spends $20 billion every year on direct fossil fuel subsidies. Of that figure, around $16 billion goes towards oil and gas, while the remaining $4 billion benefits the coal industry.Mar 28, 2022

Don't anticipate much of a turnout. Folks here don't much believe in science. It's called "alternative facts".
1960: world famine by 1975. Millions to die of hunger.
1969: Dr Erlich of Stanford, millions to die by 1975 of starvation, the rest to die via the earth exploding.
1970: Air pollution to obliterate the suns rays, leading to a new Ice Age by 2000.
1970, Washington post says the science shows we are heading for another ice age, within 40 years. That was 52 years ago. ICE AGE
1970: Scientists predict the world will use all of its natural resources by 2000. There would be no more forests.
1971: Dr Rasool of Nasa predicts a new ice age by 2020
1972: Science Dept of Brown sends a letter to the POTUS that the ice age is inevitable, followed by mass starvation.
1972, Oil will be depleted by 1985
1970-1979 Many scientific journals and articles quoting scientists warnings of new ice age coming.
1980 Deputy Minister of Canada's environment and many US scientists state withing 20 years acid rain will leave the great lakes dead.
1981: Slight unecpected warming trend. Scientists shift gears to climate "change".
1988: Nasa SCIENTIST James Hagen warns of Global warming. Cries out about Global warming, not Ice Age.
1988: Environmental Affaits Director (Scientist) confidantly states that by 2016 the Maldives will be completely under water.
1989: Scientist before Congress tell us the West Side Highway in NY will be under water by the year 2010. (It isn't)
2000: Children born after will not know what snow is
2005: Manhattan will be underwater by 2015
Etc Etc Etc Etc Etc
Lots of Scientists seem to be wrong quite a bit. Wish we could hear from Scientists with opposing views, but they are not permitted on many social media sites.

Correct -- and that's only a partial list. More miss-information was posted on today's Daily Sun about the very weak hurricane season. The media is desperate for an excuse for the non-Hurricane trend this year. Here why today at 1 PM at Bridgeport.

They are all hypocrites. Tell us one thing while they do another. Then they use these fake programs to get richer and reward all their friends at our expense.

Absolutely. Many have become increasingly skeptical with reports from the media and D.C.. The final straw that leads to many just ignoring the dire warnings would be those screaming loudly about the coming catastrophe are not following their own advice.
