The first was by the voters here at home earlier this month.
The second is now coming from the world stage:

Remember when he was giving himself a B+ on being POTUS. I think that was last year and remember he was the only one grading that high. We the people had him at C- or D at best.
I have a copy of that well know sign in my office:
Either lead, follow or get out of the way.
He certainly is not leading domestically or internationally.
My personal opinion is we should not give up our status in the world and follow.
If he does not start to move from his agenda (what ever it may be) or partisan politics there is no choice but to move out of the way. That seems to be what is underway by default...other G20 countries are going around or by us.
Smiling, making great sounding speeches and dancing with the children doesn't work anymore in other countries than it does here. The shine is off. Nobody is buying what he is peddaling....world wide.
The next two years, unfortunately will only bring more of the same. Then in 2012 we get a new POTUS and it will take him/her some time to be effective. So we are in for at least a rough ride for the next 4+ years.
Pull your seat belt tight. It is not going to be pleasant. We are living the saying it can only get worse before it gets better.
Maybe a revolution could shorten the time to recovery.:sigh:
