Do Colony Patio Villas [2008 and newer] with hip roofs all have flat ceilings and all units with gable roofs have vaulted ceilings?

Some will have vaulted ceilings (called "volume ceilings" in TV parlance) through the entire villa, some only in the main living area, and others will have flat ceilings throughout.
