While we might not be able to find our keys, our brains still have dazzling talents!! We are the first generation to enter middle age with antibiotics, better nutrition and living environment. We now have the technology to study our brain in ways unimagined only a few years ago. The book details studies completed that show the middle brain is competent, smarter, calmer and basically knows "stuff" that is very important. Interesting reading!:)
