I have included two for you to look at taken from a FDOT site found below.
Aerial Photography Archive (https://www.fdot.gov/gis/aerialmain.shtm)
The first shows no businesses on Rolling Acers Road to complain about in 1972. The American Legion Post is missing on the corner of 466 and Rolling Acers RD (gravel pit).

Download file to view as it is large
And the other taken in 1973 shows my neck of the woods or lake. Note the race track in the upper right hand corner of the picture.

There is another source, Google EARTH application has a history bar which will show old satellite photos of the area you are looking at, I have seen pictures of the location of our house as a pasture. I believe the history bar goes back 20 to 25 years.

Hard to tell if the railroad tracks along 44A and 44 are there.

Google Earth does not go back to the 70's plus the resolution of the early Google Earth maps are poor. That's why I prefer looking at these clearer, older aerial photos.

Try looking at this 1973 photo of Wildwood and to the east along both 44 and 44A. It's in a tiff format and again can be zoomed in. I note where tracks may have been located. Where is Brownwood??
