You might want to state which brand, as I recall Samsung needs Samsung dealer repair, out of Orlando. We have used Beck's twice for Whirlpool refrigerator repairs, and I believe they do most appliance repairs.

Bob's Appliance Repair Service, Father and son team. Been in business for a long time. In my opinion, quite reasonable and prompt. Used them twice in past two years for washer and oven.

If it is a Whirlpool, Fields Appliance in Orlando is the company that does the warranty repairs. I have also used Becks.

Jerry Thibodeau. 346-233-7175. Trustworthy, thorough, and accurate. Reasonable also. It's hard for me to give anyone this rating but I would also say honest also. Whew, that was rough.

Not recommended. "Fixed" refrigerator and installed part that wasn't the problem. Charged $255.00 and wouldn't return or even answer phone.

Just called Jerry this morning for gremlins in the dishwasher. Under threat from spouse I did not hesitate to call Jerry based on previous experience. Was at the house within half hour, trouble shot the machine and had it up and running for just the service call fee. There are standup service people out there. Unqualified recommendation for Jerry. 346-233-7175.
