Hello all you TOTV money people. I say "money people" since I am posting this in the Investment Talk Forum.

We are going to be retiring next year from out of state to FL and are looking to create a or potentially a couple of business entities in FL. Do any of you know a good tax atty in Central FL that can help structure this for us? The creation of this business entity will be for investment and tax purposes.

Please, only recommendations if you have worked with whom you are referring.

Thank you in advance for what I know will be a solid set of recommendations.

No idea on lawyers, etc., but the is an agency called SCORE that helps people setup small businesses they may be able to steer you in the correct direction. I am sorry but I have miss placed their contact info.
