True - but - approval is needed if that palm tree will be replaced by something other than a palm tree - been there/done that.

I recently used Miller's Pro Tree & Landscaping Service. Was not a big tree job, he came with crew of 3 and were done in under 1 hour including stump grinding. He's at 352-408-7610

Nope. Florida law now trumps the ARC. You just need written approval by a certified arborist.

I have been trying to find a service to trim my very tall Palms for months.
After getting quotes from 4 vendors. I received the best quote from

He is supposed to be at my home on Monday 10/31. 925 Mandrake ST.
