Didn't anyone see Hereafter?

Usually I get a reliable review here.

It sucked soooo loud that the moon moved in its orbit. :rant-rave:

Thanks for the heads up. All of the reviews I read said the same thing. I will cancel it out of my Blockbuster queue.

Was it as bad as The American with George Clooney?, I am planning to see the new Denzel Washington one.

i thought the story intertwining the lives and experiences of three people from different countries and the workings of the spiritual entities who watch over us was very poignant and moving...judge for yourself...

It was the only movie I have ever walked out of.We gave it an hour & a half hoping something made sense!! Worse than Benjamin Buttons & I think that was 3 hours wasted!!

Wow, what a coincidence! I disagree totally and enthusiastically with your views on the film to the EXACT SAME DEGREE as I disagree with the opinions in your political posts.

What does political opinion have to do with rating this movie?:ohdear:

Thank you for saving me some money. I saw The American and that would have been a waste of my money but the ticket was free with the LSV.
The previews intrigued me but thanks for the heads up.

I will have to see it sometime soon in a theater. It looks like one of those you should see on a big screen.

Yes, I saw it. In my opinion it was good, not BAD, nor did it "suck" to any degree.
It was a little different, and had that interesting underlying theme of what it's like to feel or know something which conventional wisdom and authorities say you are cannot, or are forbidden to know.
And I just thought it was ironic that our views are so opposite in such different areas.
