If it’s a newer home it’ll be on the actual breaker inside the electrical panel. If it’s the old style you just need to find the gfci outlet for that particular circuit.

Most of the houses I have helped in have 1 to 4 GFCI receptacles in the garage, these then feed the post lamp, outdoor receptacles around the house and the other receptacles in the garage. There are 2 buttons on the GFCI, Test and reset. Depending on the exact GFCI there may be red and or green lights.
I am guessing that an outdoor outlet is not working after that very heavy rain, so go to the garage and check all of the GCFI units, if you reset a GFCI and it trips immediately or repeatedly then you will need to have that circuit tested. I would start at the outside receptacles. I have found these get corroded and then cause the GFCI to trip.

To golfer222,
Did you find the reset? If your kitchen outlets are the ones that are not working I would first look for the reset in the kitchen. It could be in an appliance garage or even behind the refrigerator. Kitchen counter top outlets are dedicated circuits for the kitchen only. It would be unusual for the reset to be anywhere else but the kitchen. The exception being a GFCI breaker in your electrical panel.

Yes- it was the gfci outlet by the fridge that I replaced- the reset button would not function even though the outlet had good power. Once I replaced it, the downstream outlets functioned normally

We just had to reset all 5 of ours after being away for the summer. In the electric panel we have 5 breakers. They looked as if the were on but the test button would not work. I turned them off and back on and used the test button again. A couple needed to be turned on and off a couple times.
