I have a nice designer home in a great neighborhood. I am looking for a rental agent to help find a good year round tenant.

Couture Properties, LLC - Property Management & The Villages Rentals (https://villagesforrent.com/)

These folks have been around a long time. I worked with Tom Jones years ago and it was a very positive experience.

Advertising yourself, you choose who you want to rent to. Run credit report. Our yearly lease had 26 applications, narrowed down to 3 which we met in person. Our tenet stayed in our home for almost 10 years, and by far was the best choice we ever made.

I agree. Why pay a rental agent unless they are going to guarantee that they will find a tenant who will take care of the property, follow all terms of the lease, and make the payments on time? I doubt that they will give you any such guarantee.

Not being in the area most of the year is why I might need a manager.
