Whatever happened to Another Broken Egg ?

Been more than a year now that Another Broken Egg was said to be opening in Brownwood next to Cody's... every time I pass that location I've seen NO progress for over a year. Anyone have an update ?

Still coming at 3711 Meggison Rd. opening in early 2023. That means "sometime next year".

Since it’s a chain, maybe they have too many pans in the fire. If you remember PF Chang was coming to Brownwood until it wasn’t

If you drive by the location, looks like they have started with the construction. Windows papered and big dumpsters in the back.
