Had AC problems last week on a Wednesday. Called Sun-Cool at 4:30 pm to set a service appointment. The said they could have some out that evening between 5:00-9:00. Wasn’t expecting that. Anyway, service tech rang doorbell at 5:10. WOW! Diagnosed problem as a Freon valve or something like that in the air handler unit. Need to order part, maybe 2-3 days. Next morning they call at 8:30 and said got the part and can be out 9:00-12:00. Tech shows at 10:00 and replaces valve AND compressor, all under warranty. What a wonderful experience.
