We stayed in Creekside for an LSP over Labor Day weekend and bought a villa. Now we need to furnish it... we both really liked the mattresses that were in those villas. We want to find out the "make and model" of what they were. Is there anyone out that that has purchased one of the Cabanas that can check out the mattresses in the master bedroom?

Thanks! Kim

I would guess that they all came from Southern Lifestyle Furniture at Lake Sumter Landing and they would know what is used in those units. Thats where I would start first just give them a call.

You could probably get the info from Southern Lifestyles. I'm pretty sure all homes are furnished through them. If not, try calling TV Home Warranty. They should be able to direct you to the right department if they don't know.

That is what I intend to do in the morning... I just thought I would ask around on here. We are hoping to get down to see our villa just after Christmas - I can't wait to get down here!

Advise what you find about the mattress.

I will be down to our Creekside Villa on Dec. 15. If you email me then I can tell you exactly the make and model.

Advise what you find about the mattress.

The mattresses in the cabanas are "hotel quality" and as such are not available to the general public. The did tell me at LS furniture that their "Donald Trump" collection was similar. I couldn't find a store near me that sold that collection so I am going to have to wait to get something until I get down there.

It would have been SO much easier if we had just bought a "turn-key" unit!

Problem with a turn-key is that you don't always like the stuff that's there. So, what are you going to do for a mattress until you buy one? Got an air mattress you're bringing down?

Marriott hotels sells their bedding and mattresses on their website. They have one of the most comfortable beds in the hotel industry. They are not cheap as they are commercial quality but they are affordable.

Hello, I have a wonderful mattress & boxspring for sale.
King size, purchased 3 years ago, used only winters, paid $ 1,500.00 for the set, asking $ 500.00

The set is in perfect shape, just needed to get an adjustable bed.

Forgot to mention that the items sold by Marriott are new.

I believe Hyatt and some other chains also have the same program.

I clean the houses @ creekside, and i believe they are Serta...can check tomorrow. However, they usually do deal with "hotel" dealers. I really liked some of the shams and bedskirts, found the brand on-line and said they do not deal with the general public....too bad. I found these items were of very good quality, but very expensive....
