Does anyone have a set work-out that they do at the gym on each machine?

Example, 15 minutes on the Treadmill, 10 repetitions on the Leg Press, etc.?

Yes, I will talk to my doctor during my next visit but just starting out and wanted to get into a routine.

thank you!

Workout 3 days a week.
Day 1 Legs: Squats, leg press,...etc
Day 2 Push day: bench press, incline press, shoulder press...
Day 3 Pull day: tricep pull downs, dumbell rows, ...

There are a ton of these videos on youtube.

Start out with minimal weight. Do at least 8 to 12 reps on each "Nautilus" machine (generic term for the equipment) , increase weight after a week or two. Congratulations, getting started is the hardest part, then stick with it. I have worked out on these type machines for the last 30 years. My doctor says as you get older you can lower the weight but increase the reps.
Do walk, treadmill or other cardio on other days.

At one point I was close to 6’ 2” and I was very athletic in college at Stony Brook. The gym is where I met my wife Randi. We both used the same trainer named Higgins. He made us a workout that we still do today. Obviously the amount of weight is down for Randi but I’m still hanging in there. All of those years of playing drums and bass at family functions have kept me in good shape. I have a lot workouts stored on my old computer system, the Model 1. I replaced it with an Oasis but it wouldn’t work with my smartwatch, the Roylex.

I've run into members that think circuit training is mandatory.
"Weren't you just on this machine"?
Yeah, I'm workin legs.
