My LSSA bill every month has overlapping billing dates like:
10-14-21 -->11-18-21
11-15-21 -->12-17-21 paid for 3 extra days in Nov $186.18/m
12-14-21 -->01-20-22 paid for 3 extra days in Dec
01-14-22 -->02-17-22 paid for 6 extra days in Jan
02-14-22 -->03-17-22 paid for 3 extra days in Feb
03-14-22 -->04-19-22 3 in Mar
04-14-22 -->05-18-22 5 in Apr
05-13-22 -->06-17-22 5 in May $195.74/m
06-14-22 -->07-20-22 3 in Jun, accum 31 days
What is this all about? When I've called about this, they say, "Oh I don't know, it's just the way we do billing."
This scenario goes on and on. Since when is over-lapping billing a custom and valid way to bill. Anyone else have this problem and are we all paying the same amount each month? Thanks for your help.......

Are you confusing Billing Dates with Service Periods? Check those and see if it squares up.

:confused: The first thing that comes to mind is you pay garbage and amenities by the month , not day. So no problem there. I think everything else is metered so no problem there. :shrug:
Is there anything on the bill paid on a daily basis?

04-14-22 -->05-18-22
05-13-22 -->06-17-22
06-14-22 -->07-20-22
Since they all start on the same day of the month, are there meter readings involved? I don't know what LSSA stands for, sorry, never good with everyone else's acronyms. . IYKYK. . .
If there are meter readings, then I don't worry about the dates, as the bill dates and the consumption of services dates seldom match up. . .
FYI, most of my bills are auto payed by push from bank to supplier a month ahead of time. . . so I don't look at them very often as my balance fluctuates between $100 credit to $25 owed, which I don't change the prepayment.
not something I stress about if the total dollars are reasonable.

OP, I don't think you are being overcharged. On my bill, the amenity fee and the sanitation collection fee are charged for a specific month, which is charged in advance. For example, my latest bill, for the service period, 10/19 to 11/21 states that the amenity fee and the sanitation collection fee are for the month of December. The fees for water and sewer are based on a meter reading, not by the month. So, as long as the charges are based on a meter reading, it shouldn't affect the overall "per gallon" fees.
