We are coming for a lifestyle visit later this month. There are some activities and clubs we would like to stop in and see, for example, beginning pickle ball and line dancing. Should we let the coordinator know before we stop in or is just stopping in OK?

I believe pickleball has a pre-requisite, so you'd need to set that up in advance. Some line dancing activities are outside, where there's no need for a max capacity limitation. Some are held inside rec center rooms, which do have a max cap. Your best bet would be to check with the coordinator, who might refer you to the rec center affiliated with the activity.

We did pickleball on ours and our Sales Rep took care of making the reservations. Let them know. The only pre-requisite we found was having closed toe shoes and they must tie. No slip ons. Insurance.... We reached out to the clubs we wanted to visit and as long as you have your visitors cards, should be good to go.
Enjoy your stay.
