Awesome show last night at the Sharon.
First off, there is never enough cowbell. Second, I use to play in a band in college. The song from BOC we played was Godzilla. Did they play that last night.?
Who from the original group was there?

It is crazy that the incoming generation of TV are possibly the last generation to grow u7p with rock. I never u there would be a time when the only RnR on the radio would be oldies. Not even sure Rock still exists.

great show! i had 2nd row center orchestra!! they did LOTS of old stuff & did my absolute fave song, City's On Flame as an encore. remember those??? my only wish was that they did Joan Crawford,... the whole event was a recharge on my love of classic metal, hard rock & top notch musicians. it was like being 14 again!!!!!!!! :MOJE_whot::thumbup:

I'm really surprised they don't. There are a number of tribute bands out there now that promote 70's rock - Queen, Rush, Aerosmith, and Kiss. Bet they would sell out everytime.

That would be fun! We love dogs so we have something in common besides rock.

I know they have brought some "heavier" tribute bands to the Savanah Center like Journey, Queen, The Stones so hopefully they will keep coming.

I would say it was in the late 90s early 00s when guitar driven music started fading out. Now, most teenagers are listening to electronic music, there isn't much new music in the rock style like we know it.
