Looking for a smaller palm for one of our corners in the backyard...we can trim, of course.
Any suggestions?
thank you.

AmeriTree - great pricing and they will not accept an inferior palm tree. Work teams are efficient and leave your grounds looking spanking sharp!

How tall? If you want a smaller palm, a Windmill Palm is a great choice. Very pretty palm, easy maintenance, but..
they grow really really slowly. Our was 3 feet tall when we put it in 10 years ago, now it's about 5 feet tall.

If you want one a tad taller and bushier but still low maintenance - European Fan Palms are great.

We have a pretty bushy Sugar Palm in one corner of our courtyard villa. Planted 10 years ago at about 6' tall, now it's about 12'.
Not really much maintenance but we do cut off an occasional dead limb (no ladder required).

There are several palms that would work if you want a taller palm, but be careful to get one suited for our zone.

Pygmy date palm.
More commonly referred to as a Roebellini palm. They will, over time, get fairly large.

I haven't seen any in TV.
