As the owner of the Bruster's property - it is a rumor.
McDonald's was courted by Sembler for a location on 42 about 4 years ago and opted for 466A at that time.

I did a bit of searching re: commercial property changes at Mulberry Grove Plaza - couldn't find anything. Also checked Dunkin' Donuts and Mickey D's web sites - they don't post anything there re: planned store openings. Doesn't mean the things you heard aren't happening - I just didn't spot anything about them.

Curious Fumar - thans for the post. I for one would welcome a MacDonalds on Rt 42. I am really hoping that the VA center will bring in a couple of new restaurants.

Latest rumor is DD is looking into the former site of Starbuck in Spanish Springs . . . The Villages is also spending money spliting the brewery from the former Burbon Street restaurant and we all know The Villages would not be spending money on something like that unless they had someone interested. Maybe we need a Tim Horton's down here for all our Canadian friends!!:clap2:
