I live in Richmond - area north of Tharp Ave dark - area south has power - I got a text from Spectrum saying outage until 9 at least

We were leaving Brownwood when power went out. Received text messages from SECO & Xfinity.

Below is what SECO sent:
2,500 accounts served by our Continental substation feeder 4 are experiencing a service interruption. Crews have been dispatched to the area.
