Played Silver Lake yesterday despite the chilly weather.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great condition of the course.

The greens were perfect, most tee boxes nearly perfect and the overall condition of the rest of the course was probably an 8 out of 10

I know the course was recently “refurbished” and I have to say they did a pretty darned good job .

Now it's the golfers job to fill divots that are off the green and ball marks on the greens. I see many greens on the executive courses and some on the 18 holes that look like the moon with ball craters all over the place. It helps the grass to continue to grow if these small efforts are performed. Makes it better for the putts too.

Yeah. Here's hoping they do.I played Silver Lake Wednesday and yesterday. The greens and tee boxes were still in decent shape.

Glad to hear it, this use to be one that needed help, along with de la Vista.
